This Razer Lycosa key is crap. Even after awing of the thin lighted keys the keyboard itself is worthless along with the manufactures that made this and their customer service.

The Lycosa has many flaws that have been brought to the attention of customer service and have nothing to respond to my emails. The keyboard tends to dismiss ceratin keys like backspace, Letters D, P, I O, C and Ctrl. Apart from this huge flaw once in a great while the keys stay locked for some reason even thought the physical key is not stuck or anything the letters repeat themselves until you disconnect the keyboard. Apart this these two huh flaws the lights go on and off even when you touch the light feature to switch from gamer mode to regular keyboard. I’ve contacted customer service thought their website and have not heard from them for other 2 months.

I’ve installed the software which doesn’t help with the problem, I’ve used the keyboard without the software too same problem. The keyboard is connected directly to a USB port on my desktop and not to a hub. The only way to get this working for a couple hours at a time is to disconnect the USB and connect it back which needs to be done at least 2 times a day. My old keyboard that which I used to use with windows 98 works better than this lycosa from razer I purchased this year 2008. I tried getting a refund but no solution. For this being a $70 dollar keyboard it sure has a lot of problem I do no sugguest this or any other product

From Razer.
